Salon Policy

Appointment & Walk-in Policy At T NAILS, we welcome both appointments and walk-ins. To ensure that you receive your desired service at your preferred time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be accommodated as our schedule allows. If we are fully booked, we may ask you to wait or schedule an appointment for a later time. Deposit & Prepayment Policy For group bookings or services that require significant time and resources, we may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible; we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to stay on schedule. Health & Safety Policy The health and safety of our clients and staff are of utmost importance. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols, including the sterilization of all tools and the use of disposable items where appropriate. If you have any health conditions, allergies, or recent injuries, please inform our staff before your service begins so we can take the necessary precautions. Service & Satisfaction Policy Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. We will do our best to resolve any concerns immediately. We offer complimentary touch-ups within 5 days of your original appointment for any issues related to our services. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Children’s Policy We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients. For safety reasons, we ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure that children are supervised and respectful of the salon environment. Payment Policy We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards as payment methods. Please note that gratuities are not included in the service prices but are greatly appreciated. For group services or special events, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Gift Card Policy Gift cards are available for purchase and make a perfect gift for any occasion. Please treat your gift card as cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They can be used for services or products and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data you provide to us, whether for booking or payment purposes, will be kept confidential and used only for our services. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law. Product Policy At T NAILS, we use only high-quality, professional-grade products for all of our services. If you experience an allergic reaction or are dissatisfied with a product, please inform us immediately. While we do not offer refunds on products, we are happy to exchange any unopened items within 7 days of purchase
